About Delivery

What are our delivery times?

We are committed to deliver your orders correctly and as soon as possible. We aim to ship your package within 48 hours. If you order in the weekend, it usually takes a working day longer before we can ship your order.

Production time: 2 to 3 working days

Delivery time : 3 to 5 working days

Total delivery time : up to 8 working days

The delivery is done by sending the purchased items to the address provided by the Buyer. If a product ordered by the Buyer is found to be unavailable, Anat Zehavi Gallery will notify the Buyer immediately about the unavailability and the order will be cancelled while refunding the payment at the same time. Anat Zehavi Gallery is entitled to make partial deliveries. Delayed deliveries by Anat Zehavi Gallery do not entitle the Buyer to compensation claims. In case of a delay, based on reasons Anat Zehavi Gallery is not responsible for (force majeure, fault of others, etc.), the deadline will be extended and the Buyer will be informed immediately.

Depending on the format and delivery country, shipping takes place via: Post NL , DHL , UPS, Fedex.

Please note: partly due to the increase in online orders and thus the parcel flow, there may be some delays. We will keep you informed as much as possible about the progress of your delivery.

What should I do if the delivery does not match my order?

If the unlikely event occurs that the delivery does not correspond to the order, we ask you to carefully check the invoice and order details. If this information does not match your order, please contact customer service.

Where is my order?

There are a few options to find out where your order is. You can see the status of your package on your account page. In addition, you will receive a track & trace e-mail from us when the order is presented at the post ofice. If these two options do not provide you with the information you are looking for, you can contact our customer service at customercare@anatzehavi.nl

I have not received a confirmation

As soon as you have successfully placed the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered during the ordering process. This e-mail may end up in your Spam folder, so please check your spam e-mails if you have not received a confirmation by e-mail. If necessary, check that the storage capacity of your mailbox has not been exceeded. If you have still not found the e-mail confirmation for your order (possibly due to the incorrect spelling of the e-mail address during the ordering process), please contact  Customer Service.
